This page describes management of the site with reference to the processing of users’ personal data. This policy statement regards the privacy policy for personal data by 2V Ltd, the company that owns and operates the current site and intends to accurately describe the processing management for web users’ personal data.

No. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data for those interacting with the content and web services for the protection of personal details, telematics access starting from the following Internet addresses:

The following information applies only to the sites mentioned above and does not in any way include other web sites accessed via hyperlinks. The policy does not therefore apply to other websites referenced through our links, for which 2V SRL is not in any way responsible.
Furthermore, this notice is also prompted by Recommendation no. 2/2001, from European authorities for the protection of personal data, compiled in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17th May 2001, to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of their aim when connecting.
2V SRL guarantees compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/03). Users/visitors must read carefully this Privacy Policy before submitting any personal information and/or completing any electronic form on this website.
SITE AND AIM OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing linked to web services offered by this website (physically residing on servers connected to the network at the headquarters of 2V SRL itself), is performed by the Company's registered data controller and is processed only by employees or contractors appointed to the role.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or released inappropriately.
The personal data provided by users who access the service, is used only to perform the service or provision requested itself, and is not disclosed to third parties, unless disclosure is required by law or necessary for the fulfilment of the users’ requests.
In particular, any e-mail sent and received via forms on the web site will be used exclusively to provide the requested service and will not be disclosed to any person. Those entrusted with the handling of 2V SRL's data will also have access to the addresses only after explicit authorisation by the person who entered them and for the sole purposes of maintenance or restoration of function.
PROCESSING OF BROWSING DATA
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data for communication that is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This entails information, which is not collected for association with identified persons, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by persons who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user.
This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and to check its correct functioning; it is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. Currently, except for this possibility, data concerning web contacts is not kept for more than seven days.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The explicit and voluntary communication of an e-mail address in the register entails subsequent use of that address for promotional and marketing communications. Specific information and the Consent Form are featured on the site page predisposed for the registration itself.
NON-OBLIGATORY NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Apart from what has been detailed in regards to browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the application forms or indicated in contacts with the Business Office to request the dispatching of informative material or other possible communications.
Failure to provide data may entail the impossibility of obtaining the requested service.
COOKIES
No personal data concerning users is acquired by the website. We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature.

2V informs the interested parties that it may at any time exercise, in relation to the personal data in the manner indicated in art. 8, 9, 10 of Leg. Dec. 196/2003 to which reference is made, the rights under Art. 7 Leg. Dec. 196/2003 (the full text follows).
RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES CONCERNED
Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights.
The data subject may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of any personal data relating to him/her, even though they may not yet have been recorded, and be notified thereof in an intelligible form.
The data subject is entitled to receive information on:
(a) the source of the personal data;
(b) the purpose and means of processing the data;
(c) the software used in the case that the data is processed using electronic devices;
(d) the identity of the data controller, the data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to article 5 (2);
(e) the data subjects or categories of data subjects to whom the personal data may be notified or who may become acquainted with the data in their capacity as the designated representative within the territory of the State, of the data processors or officers.
The data subject is entitled to receive:
(a) updated, rectified or, where relevant, supplementary information;
(b) the deletion, anonymisation or blockage of any data being processed in violation of the law, including data which it is not necessary to keep for the purposes for which it has been gathered or subsequently processed;
(c) certification indicating that notice of the operations referred to under (a) and (b) above has been served, together with their contents, except in the case in which this formality is impossible or entails the use of means which are manifestly disproportionate in terms of the right protected.
The data subject may object, wholly or in part:
(a) for lawful reasons, to the use of his or her the personal data, even if relevant to the purpose for which the data is collected.
(b) to the use or processing of his or her personal data for the purposes of supplying advertising materials, or direct sales, or for the purposes of market research, or commercial communications.
